Do you take requests from our guests?
Yes, for the most part.  While we make every effort to play the songs requested by your guests, we will not play anything that we consider in poor taste or wouldn't go with the flow of the event.  The DJ will have complete control over his program and has the final decision on any program-related details such as music, location of DJ Setup, and gear placement.
 
Do you offer a written contract?
Yes, During the booking process you will receive an email containing a link to all of the paperwork you will need to book your DJ.
 
May we meet with you in person before we sign a contract?
We like to get to know our couples, their likes, and dislikes so that we can create a perfect wedding that is you. We conduct business at our office or can meet up close to your area. We come up with a plan that best works for you.
 
How long will you hold our date for us?
When contacting us, please be advised that due to high demand, we can only hold your date without a deposit for 24 hours.
 
How long have you been a DJ, and how many weddings have you done?
Our DJ has been providing excellent services to newlyweds since 1998.  With hundreds of weddings and other events under our belt, we know how to pull off the wedding of your dreams.
 
How many weddings do you do each year?
We usually do around 45 weddings per wedding season.  In the offseason, we book other types of events and plan for the upcoming wedding season.
 
How many other types of events do you do per year?
Very Many!  We provide music and event hosting services for all types of services, including birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, reunions, corporate, school, and just about any social event you can think of.
 
What makes you different from your competitors?
We know what it takes to get the crowd going.  Our DJ has been in the business for many years and knows how to relate to gatherings of all types.  We take pride in delivering exactly what you deserve - the wedding you've always dreamed of.
 
Have you played at our reception site before?
We have played hundreds of venues.  Chances are we have played the site you have chosen for your wedding.  
 
Do you act as the “emcee” and make all of the announcements?
Yes, We like to introduce the wedding party, family members, direct guests during meals, and make any other important announcements needed to keep the flow of the event.
 
How do you keep your music collection up-to-date?
Our DJs stay up to date with the Billboard Charts as well as current events and happenings in the music world.  We only use state-of-the-art software to bring you the best in music.
 
How involved can we be in selecting music for our event?
We would like you to be as involved as you would like to be.  We provide you with the forms you need to choose the songs that fit each aspect of your event.  Please take your time when selecting songs, and feel free to talk to your DJ if you need help in choosing the songs that fit.  Also, we can provide you with a list of recommendations.
 
When do we need to submit our music requests and event details?
Your DJ will go over all of your paperwork with you and provide you with a time frame.  We like to have your paperwork back at least two weeks before your weddings there's $50.00 fee if we don't get back within the two weeks required.  We also accommodate last minute bookings.
 
Can we submit a “Do Not Play” list?
You can do that as well.  We understand there may be certain types of music or songs you do not want to hear.  We can accommodate that.
 
When do you arrive to set up for our wedding?
We make every effort to arrive at your location ONE TO TWO HOUR before the event start time. Please provide us with the name of the contact person whom we will be speaking with upon arrival at the wedding venue.
 
What will you wear to our wedding?
We always attend weddings and formal events wearing a dress suit or the like.  Pictures of our DJ and how he is dressed can be seen on our website.  Extreme weather may be a determining factor in how your DJ will be dressed.  Feel free to discuss any concerns involving dress codes with us.
 
How much of a deposit is required to secure our date?
We require a deposit of 50% of total services rendered to book your date.  We sometimes allow our clients to save a few bucks by making informal payment arrangements or by paying in full. 
 
What is included in the cost of my event?
We have many packages to choose from, or we can also build a Custom Wedding Package that suits your needs.
 
How much would you charge for overtime?
If you would like your DJ to play past the contracted time, there will be a fee of $100 per hour, due immediately upon request.  Our DJ will make every effort to honor requests for additional playing time but cannot guarantee availability.
 
What do you require from us?
Our DJ will require a few things that you’ll need to provide them to be successful. These things are listed on the document title " WEDDING DJ QUESTIONNAIRE ."  This document will be included in your Bridal Registration Packet.
 
Do you take any breaks?
One of the significant advantages to using a DJ instead of a band is that a DJ does not need to take breaks, outside of using the restroom and possibly eating a meal quickly and discreetly. If your DJ happens to step out of the DJ booth for a moment, the music will be programmed accordingly, and it will be as if the DJ had never stepped out.
 
What kind of equipment do you use?
We always DJ with Industry-standard professional quality equipment and software.
 
Do you have a wireless microphone?
Yes, We include a wireless microphone for you're wedding officiant, as well as one to be used during the reception for announcements and toasting and have wireless speakers to avoid cords or for outdoor ceremonies.
 
Do you have a light show?
Yes,  We do offer lighting to create a fun atmosphere for you and your guests. Essential dance floor lighting is included with every package.  We also have many other lighting upgrades available.
 
Do you attend or help us coordinate our wedding rehearsal?
Under normal circumstances, we don't need to attend the rehearsal. However, If you would like us to help with the wedding rehearsal, we certainly can if we are available. Please keep in mind that to make this possible, any extra expenses incurred by your DJ will be passed on to the client.
 
What if we need to reschedule or cancel the wedding?
Depending on our current schedule, we may or may not be able to accommodate your new date if you are rescheduling. There is a $150 fee to move your date and redo the entertainment contract.  Our cancellation policy can be viewed on our service agreement.
 
What if we suddenly get bad weather on our wedding date?
We will make every effort possible to make it to you're a wedding.  In the event, you think that you may need to reschedule. We will do our best to fit your new date into our schedule.
